I believe it is cotton, there is no label, and it looks homemade
. The dress is sleeveless with a pleated skirt and side metal zipper.
The jacket has short set-in sleeves, necklace collar and is trimmed with an olive-green bias tape.
The belt has been lost to time.
This is sunny and happy and cute. Just like DORIS DAY. Brilliant colors make for a fun stand-out dress.
