Fabric unknown. Probably acetate or some other polyester blend. Top layer is chiffon with lining from bust down
Arm holes at the top of the sleeves. Also has tabs at the bottom of the dramatic sleeve so you can put it on a finger – so you don’t trip on the sleeves all night
