No fabric content label, but I think this one silk, but I think the lining is polyester.
The bodice is sequined, the skirt and sleeves are chiffon with same giant blue dot with small black polka dot motif.
She is fully lined but the sleeves are sheer and end with a sequin cuff and button at the wrist.
Naturally there are shoulder pads.
