I really, REALLY wanted this to be from the 50s, but it’s not. But that’s OK!

Fabric unknown; but would guess it’s a linen blend. Doesn’t wrinkle like pure linen.

Jacket:

  • Plastic buttons, but look like shell buttons

  • Convertible collar

  • Long set-in sleeves with cuff

  • Princess seams

  • Pleated detail

  • Fully lined

  • Removeable placket to resemble a vest or top. I am really unsure if it is original to the suit, but I would guess it is

  • Shoulder pads

Skirt:

  • Zipper off-set to right back. Zipper is plastic

  • Fully lined

  • Slits off-set on right and left
