There is something very "A Very Special 1980s Christmas Special" about this. The colors are just so holidays to me.

Dress is 100% wool. “Suit Dress” style with a V-neck, straight skirt and long set-in sleeves. Bodice has diagonal detail and decorative non-functional buttons. There is bias trim on neckline and cuff and it is fully lined. It has Shoulder pads, of course. And a back-lapped plastic zipper.
